Ms. Moran's Senior Infants: March
March has been full of fun activities and super learning. In Maths, the boys were learning all about patterns and making their own individual patterns. We celebrated World Book day and enjoyed games in the Spring sun! Lots of fun was had during Seachtain na Gaeilge, creating our Shamrock Crowns and enjoying the Ceolchoirm in the halla ☺️☘️🎶

February has been full of fun activities! The boys enjoyed some pancakes for Pancake Tuesday and were so excited to get active with some GAA training this term ☺️☺️

Our Senior Infants had a great time on Grandparents' Day. We really enjoyed inviting all the grandparents into our classroom, showing them lots of different activities we do and performing a song for them ☺️☺️ A memorable day for all ❤️

Festivities are in full swing in Senior Infants! The boys have been doing some Musical Tracing to the Nutcracker music, making snow in the tuff tray, creating beautiful Christmas tree drawings and even had a surprise visit from Santa!🎄❄️🎅🎶

We have had a busy month in November! In maths we were learning all about 2D shapes✅We also took part in our Creative Schools session🎨🖌️We visited the Art Exhibition in the hall and made some beautiful art work for the winter season ❄️🐧

October has been a busy month for learning and outdoor exploration! The boys loved playing in our nature table and going on our Nature Walk to St Anne’s Park🍂🍁 We also had more fun towards the end of the month at our Maths Carnival and we even had our own Spooky Potions in the classroom 👻🎃

This month, the boys have been really busy working with lots of hands-on activities for our Maths learning😊This helped us learn about number partitioning and adding! We also discussed ordinal numbers and had our very own Lego Spinner Race in the classroom🏁😁We all had super fun!
