Junior Achievement Programme
Junior Achievement Programme
JAI inspires and motivates young people to succeed in the changing world of work by equipping them with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need.
Through the JAI entrepreneurship, employability, financial literacy and STEM programmes this initiative aims to encourage young people to stay in school and help them realise their potential in order to empower a generation to learn, to work and to live.
Each year we work with Junior Achievement Ireland to invite trained volunteers with professional expertise in the areas of entrepreneurship, employability, financial literacy and STEM to work with our classes to complete programmes such as “Climate Change and You”, “It’s My Business” and “The Power of Design”.
Our pupils enjoy engaging with these programmes and the outcomes also compliment and support formal curricular objectives.
